Some of this is wrong or innane. Reset/defrag your RAM with a terrible program? WTF? How ’bout just rebooting your pc? Why have a memory resident program hogging up your available memory? Besides win7 does a pretty good job about handling memory and if you want to speed up your pc just get a high speed flash card and readyboost it. The reason defragging is important has to do with the nature of platters used by standard hard drives and the limitations if the information is not synchronous. RAM works in a far different fashion.
